CharitY

We currently support a wide range of charities throughout the year with fundraising challenges, bake sales and donation drives.

We have long-standing relationships with Northumberland-based St Oswald’s Hospice and MS Research and Relief Fund (MSRRF) alongside multiple nation-wide charities, such as MacMillan Cancer Support, who are close to our team’s hearts. We are also currently building relationships with other local charities, such as Cramlington Food Bank.

We encourage our whole team to give back to their local communities by giving two days of Paid Volunteering Leave, plus sharing opportunities to give back.

We are proud to be investing in local talent across the North East.

We recently partnered with Newcastle College on multiple different projects. With over 200 students taking part to complete the industry projects, there was a lot of excitement to see the final results. After carefully considering all the submissions, we selected our finalists, who blew us away with their thoughtfulness and innovation.

We are also currently working with Newcastle University Business School, to provide real-life challenges and industry briefs to improve employability and hands-on experience of students across the North East region. From speaking on careers advice panels, and working with both MBA and MSc students on projects that allow them to develop the skills needed for industry, we’re so proud to support Newcastle’s students.
