Living Our Values

Each month, our whole team takes great pride in nominating individuals who consistently demonstrate our values. We then get together to celebrate those who have truly embraced these values and award the winners with an additional day of Annual Leave. The Living the Values Award has become a highly anticipated and celebrated event that the whole team looks forward to.

We are also a family friendly employer and have a range of policies to cover a range of situations, from maternity, paternity, adoption and fertility, to carers leave, parental leave, and time off to support dependents. We recognise that everyone’s personal circumstances vary, so we accommodate flexible working requests as a day one right and give the team the option to buy additional holidays every year.
