We are thrilled to end the week with some exciting news! On Tuesday, our HR Director, Helen, attended the annual Investors in People event in Leeds. During this occasion, we were delighted to receive our Gold Investors in People accreditation from Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People.
The Investors in People accreditation holds a special place in our hearts as it perfectly aligns with our vision and values as a people-first business. Achieving the Gold award signifies our ongoing commitment to the IIP Framework over the past seven years, and showcases our dedication to creating an environment where outstanding performance and consistent growth are driven by our talented individuals.
The event proved to be a great opportunity to reconnect with old friends and make new connections. We had the joy of meeting like-minded businesses within the vast IIP network, allowing us to exchange best practices and celebrate the collective success we all strive for. Throughout the day, we were inspired by various stories of achievement and ambition, and we take great pride in knowing that Bazaar Group plays a part in this community of excellence.
